Sanford Adrian Care Center (Formerly known as Arnold Memorial Health Care Center) has provided high quality care in southwest Minnesota since 1969. We offer Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled and intermediate nursing care, Board and Lodge housing, as well as inhouse and outpatient rehabilitation services.
